Ok. Lets say a Real Estate investor buys a 20 unit apartment building (20-Plex). And this landlord has paid off the WHOLE building. It is 100% occupied and he charges 600 per month in each unit. And wonderfully everyone pays on time every month SO it grosses at 144K a year. ALL i want to know is what will be his NET after that, because i know there are expenses that hes gonna have to use that 144K. Can u tell me what these different expenses are and how much u estimate his net will be after all the expenses? Thank YOU! I am considering investing to my property before I sell it but need to come up with a budget and projections of what my property will be worth when Im done. I have a good idea in figuring this out but I need to know what the banks look at to see how realistic this may be.
Well, thanks but I was hopping for a little more. Like total income multiplied by 8.5 (NY’s tax assesment formula). Something like that.
