first of all look for the jobs in dubai.that are suitable for you.but make sure beside that job you must have a small business there.because living in dubai is expensive.and to buy real estate in dubai is expensive.as well. so as you will buy some property there you will immediately get a permanent visa.

Are you a Dubai citizen? Are you planning to move there?

If not, owning property and being a long distance landlord can open you to a whole host of trouble.

Stick to property that you can go look at and have inspected before you buy. And then since you are close you can keep an eye on the property.
