Last year I purchased a historic property here in south eastern Colorado which inludes 3 homes on almost 2 acres. Due to a tenant trashing one of the homes, and the subsequent $4000.00 I had to put out to repair it, I now have the bank starting foreclosure proceedings. The repairs wiped out all my savings, and I would be very interested in any potential solutions that would allow me to keep my property. Any ideas?
